Borgo Romantico is the ideal place also for those who love to discover the area by bicycle and by foot, and we want to offer you an excellent service, with expert guides and quality bicycles, able to satisfy you on any type of route.

We have done a long work of testing, selecting and mapping itineraries from 4 to 160 km, for walking, trekking and cycling. And you can always choose to do it alone or in the company of our expert guides. The Director, Silvano, passionate and with a past as an Environmental Guide, has tried them all and is always available for any advice or suggestion, evaluating with you the length, the commitment, the timing.

SHELTER, CHARGING AND MAINTENANCE

For the shelter of your bicycles, we provide a dedicated area in the underground garage under the structure, accessible only with your badge. The area is also equipped with electrical sockets for recharging E-bikes and parking supports. We invite you to always put the safety lock on your bicycle.
At the Reception, you can ask for the set for small maintenance interventions and advice on each itinerary.
 

GUIDES AND ACCOMPANIMENTS

Lake Garda and Monte Baldo offer routes of all types, lengths and difficulties. Having an expert guide at your side, who carries out this work with passion and deep knowledge of the territory, is always a guarantee of safety and knowledge. Famous places, lesser known but equally beautiful corners, quality wineries, assistance and useful advice are some of the pluses they can offer you.

BIKE RENTAL

The world of the bicycle, and of its enthusiasts, today is very wide and diversified, first of all for the type of preferred bicycle.
For this reason we have chosen to have a collaboration with an excellent Partner Shop on the shores of the lake, located in Bardolino. This offers three important advantages:

• Availability of all types of bicycles: city bikes, mtb, gravel, race, both muscular and electric
• Possibility to collect the bikes in Borgo Romantico, or directly in the shop on the shores of Lake Garda
• Having modern bicycles that are always in perfect condition

Remember: book the bike and/or guide for your adventures before you arrive. The demand is very high and you may not find the service.
 

RENTAL GENERAL CONDITIONS
Rental: The bicycle can be collected directly at Borgo Romantico, for a minimum of 1 day.
Hours: Bicycles can be rented from 9:00 am and must be returned by 6:00 pm, to be checked and arranged for the next day. The rental includes helmet and anti-theft lock.
Users: The bicycles can be used by adults or minors accompanied by adults who assume responsibility for them.
Liability: During the use of the bicycle, the user is responsible for any damage caused to himself, to the bicycle and to third parties. No form of compensation can be requested from Borgo Romantico. Borgo Romantico declines all responsibility in case of improper use of the vehicle or failure to comply with the rules of the Highway Code.
Damages / Breakages: The bicycle must be returned in the same condition in which it was picked up. In the event of damage and / or breakages caused or suffered by the bicycle, compensation will be requested.
Theft: In the event of the theft of the bicycle, the user must show a copy of the theft report submitted to the competent authorities and pay the sum of € equivalent to its value, which will be returned in the event of recovery / recovery of the vehicle in perfect condition.
Rental refusal: Borgo Romantico may refuse the rental of bicycles to people in a state of intoxication or under the influence of drugs (pursuant to articles 186-187 of the Highway Code) or for other reasons, at its sole discretion.
Obligations: The user undertakes to keep the rented vehicle; use the padlock whenever you leave the bicycle unattended; use the bicycle in compliance with the Road Regulations; report any damage caused to the bicycle. He assumes all civil and criminal liability, deriving from careless use of the bicycle, and which cause material, physical and patrimonial damage to himself, to third persons or things. The sub-rental of the rented bicycle is not allowed.
Conditions: Bike rental requires knowledge and unconditional acceptance of these Regulations, relieving Borgo Romantico of any responsibility.

ATTENTION. According to the Italian Highway Code, bicycles (called cycles) also fall into the category of vehicles, and therefore according to the Court of Cassation the rules referred to in Article 2054 of the Civil Code are also applicable in the event of damage caused by their circulation.
