Description and characteristics

• The included bike is a City Bike but, with an extra, it is also possible to have Mountain, Road or Gravel Bikes; normal or electric (go to > Bycicles)
• The bike can be picked up at Borgo Romantico or directly at the partner shops in Peschiera and Bardolino
• You will be asked to fill in a declaration of responsibility for accidents and theft

Validity of the proposal: for the entire opening period upon reservation, subject to availability.
Tourist tax: € 1.00 not included

Arrivals and Departures
To ensure the best service to all Guests, please respect the Arrival and Departure Times
- Check-in: from 3.00 pm to 10.30 pm | Check-out: by 11.00 am
  Arrivals are not accepted before 1.00 pm and the room is not guaranteed before 3.00 pm
- Late arrivals:     + €20.00 for each hour after 11.00 pm, with an information phone call
- Late check-out: + €20.00 for each hour of delay after 11.00 am

Payment / Guarantee
A credit card is required to confirm and secure the reservation. We reserve the right to verify the accuracy of the data provided by pre-authorization. Payment at the hotel on departure.

Cancellation conditions
Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival. After this deadline, or in case of no-show, the cost of the entire stay will be charged to the credit card provided at the booking confirmation.
