Wine and Olive oil

We produce Organic Wine and Olive Oil, and every day we want you to discover them along with the riches of our region.

At the Borgo Romantico Wine Shop Cafè, you can taste and purchase excellent DOC and IGT wines and extra virgin Olive Oil, along with sandwiches, piadinas, charcuterie and cheese platters, and desserts. In the summer, we also offer cold dishes.


Directly from the Le Tende winery, we offer our Bardolino DOC, Bardolino Chiaretto DOC, Bardolino Chiaretto Spumante DOC, Pinot Grigio and Bianco di Custoza wines, complemented by Bardolino Superiore DOCG and a selection of premium IGT wines. All Organic. Alongside them, you'll also find our Grappa and extra-virgin Olive Oil.


We don't offer restaurant service, but if you'd like a full meal, there are two excellent restaurants nearby.

The tastings

Tastings are available on Friday and Saturday afternoons at 6:30 PM by reservation.
Classic Tasting: €20.00/adult for 3 wines with appetizers.
Enhanced Tasting: €40.00/adult for 5 wines and oil with a platter of cured meats and cheeses.
Bike & Wine Tours: €220.00 for a half-day tour with an expert guide, for max 9 people. Bikes and Tastings are available upon request.

Wine Bar Cafe

The areas dedicated to Flavors are the beautiful Veranda overlooking the garden and the Tasting Room, perfect for relaxing.

For breakfast, from 7:30 to 10:00 a.m., you can enjoy fresh fruit and nuts, various yogurts, cereals and granola, various pastries, three homemade cakes, four types of bread, hard-boiled eggs and scrambled eggs, mini sausages and bacon, vegetables, three cured meats and three cheeses, honey, chocolate, and jams, three types of 100% "Rauch" fruit juices, excellent "Recoaro" water, and finally an Organic & Fairtrade "Meinl" good tea, coffee, or cappuccino.


For lunch, from 12:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., you can choose from bite-sized snacks, toast, sandwiches, piadinas, cured meat and cheese platters, and desserts. In the summer, you can also find cold dishes such as Caprese, prosciutto and mozzarella, prosciutto and melon, cold rice, and cold vegetarian couscous.


The Wine Bar Cafè is open every day from 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.


Guests seeking a complete meal have two excellent alternatives:
- Some of the area's finest restaurants and pizzerias, including Osteria Preella just 200 metres away, Ristorante Al Parol 700 metres away, and several others in the centre of Cavaion, which we would be happy to reserve on your behalf.
- Excellent chefs and catering on request, for groups, events and parties, with a well-equipped kitchen.
